Does the prefix slow downloads? It adds one redirect. The request reaches White Bastion and is handed straight to the host; the player follows it in milliseconds.

Does it change the hosting platform's numbers? No. The host keeps counting the requests it receives, exactly as before. White Bastion's figures and a host's figures are measured at different points in the delivery path and will not match exactly — that is expected, and every audit report says so on its face.

Are past episodes measured? The prefix applies to the whole feed, so downloads of older episodes are measured from the moment it is saved. Downloads that happened before setup are not measured retroactively.

How long until the numbers are usable? First figures appear within days. Some checks compare a show against its own recent history, so a report settles after roughly two weeks.

Who receives the report? The account holder — the agency running the campaign.

Can the prefix be removed? Yes. Delete it from the same field in the hosting platform. Measurement stops that day, and the feed returns to exactly what it was.
